Alleges according to the Daily Business Review article that came out today the Herald’s articles reporting that he or his company is the “target” of a federal criminal investigation is defamatory, whereas saying he is being investigated for federal crimes is not. He doesn’t like the term “target” and claims it is defamatory. Also claims the Herald is anti-Cuban.
I can’t see anyone thinking there is a distinction if he or his company was indeed being investigated for federal crimes. What a tool.
