The assertion the WB is making is that he has first hand knowledge of the direct energy weapon used to start the fires in HI.

I think the theory is that the plan is to commandeer all of the private property possible and create a 15 minute "smart city" owned by billionaires.

The insurance companies changed their policies just before the fire, and absolved themselves of responsibility.

No large businesses or massive estates owned by famous people were affected.

They denied water, blocked the only road out, and now FEMA is enforcing a strict media lockdown.
