Although Dan Mullen isn't the easiest man to read, I think Franks starts on Saturday.
The reason is throughout the presser it felt like Mullen was providing excuses for Franks' performance like the offensive line's performance or him starting too early in his career which is detriment to his development were to blame.
Add that to the fact that Mullen says both quarterbacks graded within one point of each other - around 71-72 percent. AND Mullen said earlier in the year that things would have to go drastically south to make a change at the position.
So this is just gut reaction from Mullen's presser. Obviously both quarterbacks still need to go through practice this week.
