He has all the physical tools to dominate but mentally has been very different this year from last. Could it have been the pressure of living up to the hype of being presumptive #1 pick? Now that he isn't he can go out and be AJ again. He doesn't have to be perfect now so look for a lot more first pitch strikes and getting ahead in counts. All year he has been pitching from behind and having monstrous pitch counts by the 4th inning and being done by the 5th. He has NEVER pitched into the 9th inning and he needs to do that for his own confidence!
