Possible portal OL combo/package deal?

I was reading somewhere this morning about Vanderbilt's OL Tyler Steen(played at STA) who has been a 3 year starter at Vandy, wants to possibly play where his younger brother plays, and is in the transfer portal. He is 6'5" 317lbs(good size) and from St. Thomas Aquinas where his younger brother Blake Steen is graduating from this year (Class of 22 - only P5 offer was Vandy). Blake is the same size as older brother, 6'5” 318lbs with an 82” Wingspan and plays both OT and OG. He doesn't have a Rivals or ESPN profile/grade so he doesn't have composite score.

Tyler the older brother is listed at having 2 years of eligibility left, and immediately eligible. His "grade" is a 0.9100 which is right in line with Torrence (0.9200) and Kamryn Waites (0.9100) grades.

Worth a PWO offer and get the quality older brother, while helping establish UF at STA again? This one gets you quality OL now, while the below EH scenario gets you Quality next year and beyond.

It reminded me of @EH 's scenario he mentioned a few weeks ago regarding landing 2023 TJ Shanahan by possibly looking at his brother who went to a small school and is in the portal now:

His older brother Michael Shanahan hit the transfer portal on 12/6.
FCS As a Soph Left Tackle at UT-Martin.
6’5, 285.
Has 2 possibly 3 years of eligibility left.
Has been getting small school offers since hitting the portal, but has recently picked up offers from Kansas and Texas Tech.
You take this kid, you automatically get TJ, at least UF would. Older brother is no slouch.
