With a Canadian company for a US Govt program? What do we not have the technical talent here to spend the money on US jobs to develop a program for Obamacare that could actually work?
Of course it might be doing us a favor that not only is this "tax" program a job killer, but the website doesn't work and might force the whole thing to be delayed anyway.
