I have two babies. I don’t know who made up the phrase “sleep like a baby,” but I bet they didn’t have babies.
Here are 2 possible meanings for the phrase. Pick the one that best fits.
1. A child has no worldly worries to keep awake or lose sleep over, and so can sleep peacefully. A man who has no worries can as well "sleep like a baby". –
2. After Bob Dole was defeated in the 1996 Presidential campaign, he said "I slept like a baby. I woke up every three hours and cried."
If that was mrs. sadgator, sadgator would be walking around the house wearing Depends.
I'm not sure that is actually the mother, given her waifish appearance relative to the baby's age. If she is not, this is incredibly disturbing. If she is, holy crap. Either way, lucky ass baby.
If it doesn't happen by Tuesday I will be nervous as hell that A&M has a chance to get him over us. It sounds like he wont be going to UCLA.
