Maybe he also thinks that all of these will ultimately go the Supreme Court where he has a 6-3 advantage. Even if he loses Roberts, Kavanaugh is likely go his way.

If I’m not mistaken he did say something along the lines of the money lost in the NFL lawsuit back when he owned the New Jersey Generals couldn’t have bought the amount of press coverage he received.

I don’t think for a second he is remotely concerned with the legal fees.
