They have to toss this lawsuit. They can't let it move forward. If our President Trump has ANY type of success with this lawsuit, it basically opens the door for him to successfully sue every other lefty media site on the planet.

CNN settled for an undisclosed amount with Sandmann. Not sure about Rittenhouse. Cheaper to settle sometimes than pay ridiculous attorney fees and related suit costs, or face a hostile jury. Venue and judges are key in lawsuits. As much as I'd love him to clean their clocks, I don't give it much chance.

Former President Trump’s legal team has elevated its legal battle over documents seized by the FBI at Mar-a-Lago to the Supreme Court.
PLUS, its very very hard to prove defamation against a public figure and even before the Presidency, Trump was a public figure.
This will obviously be settled out of court but I hope he wins a settlement against them for they have spread lies/rumors/half-truths as facts to discredit PDT at every turn. They are despicable and evil.
