Out of all the things I think they might pull that is the last one I think they would try. Maybe a 2 loss team over a 1 loss power 5 champ if they had a pretty weak schedule but never leave an undefeated Power 5 Champ out.

The ACC is power 5 in name only. The conference is worse than maybe it's ever been in the last 30 years. Miami, FSU, Clemson and VTech are all bad to mediocre, and those are supposed to be the football schools.

If they manage to go undefeated, but you have Bama and Georgia in, Iowa (or whomever wins the Big10) and probably Oklahoma because....Oklahoma. Where's the room for Wake Forest?

If Georgia and Bama get to the SECCG undefeated, I can't imagine anyone voting to keep one of them out of the playoffs because Wake Forest went undefeated in the worst Power 5 conference in the country.

I would look at it like this. It's a 5 team playoff at that point. That's just the first round. Any undefeated p5 conf champion that is undefeated deserves to be in. They would have a comparable opponent in Clemson and UGA didn't score an offensive touchdown against Clemson. What if WF puts up 40 on them? Wf will not go undefeated tho so you won't have to worry about it but if they did, they should be in

I don’t think I’ve ever seen him step up into the pocket. He feels pressure when there is non. He drops back and then bails out of the pocket. I’d hate to be an olineman for him because of that.

The fact that it is a day game and a noon game at that is good news. That rarely happens when we play them in Baton Rouge and with them coming off back to back losses maybe the corndog fans will just sit this game out.
