OT: Gville dinner recs

Probably been about 7 or so years since I've stayed overnight in Gainesville. We'll be coming back from the Keys on the 9th and looking for a rec in case a reso is needed. I see some familiar names when looking on line but also some not so familiar. Town has changed dramatically from what I once knew.
