OT: Fishing and drinking in Islamorada

Flying down Sunday for 4 days of fishing/debauchery. Gonna fish mainly the back bays, but it's up to us. We have charters every day.
Been a few years since I did the keys. Any current info, restaurants, bars, adult bars, etc would be welcome.
