In the Haskins article he stated that its super important to get a QB this cycle, because one of the QB's MIGHT transfer after the season. I don't think he just got that out of the blue, do you? I hope that's just a recruiting tool.
"They definitely need one in the class because one of the quarterbacks could possibly leave after the season because only one can play. So there is a big need for quarterback in 2016. I don't know who, but there are two big time quarterbacks that go there so there is a chance one will want to play."
