On the federal level some reforms I would like to see...

I believe electors have to be in by Dec 14th. This is the 21st century 51 years after putting man on the moon. Time to have all counting done by noon the next day. At noon what you got is what you got. If dems ain't cheating then they are incompetent so this brings it to a head in those blue districts that cant seem to count anything in a timely manner.

My wife recently had surgery so we did early voting instead of absentee. I would like to see shorter early voting periods and only absentee not mail in voting.

I would like to see harvesting outlawed but that's a state level issue. Congress might be able to pass a law to automatically throw out electors or winners from states using that technique but I don't know the constitutionality of that kind of maneuver. SCOTUS may require congress to hold an actual vote on a case by case basis.

Clearly there’s a lot of risk for voter fraud this year. I’m not sure how you legislate that though because each state controlled their own process. Florida learned in 2000 how to do it right the hard way.

Congress sets the date for electors. State cant get its act together then its people get disenfranchised and they can rectify by electing people who are competent or are not trying to cheat with miracle last second ballots showing up after all the red districts are in and their numbers are set and known. They aint fooling anyone. When they do this its to cheat by manufacturing ballots to overcome leads.
