Besides, JC guys you expect to get only one or two years out of, and they were playing the game for the past two years, so you only offer when you can see where they will be competitive for positions.

LG89,
Saw this on another site -

Since both JuCos are not playing this year, will Black & Hammond have 3 years of eligibility left with the Gators ?

Will the JuCo shutdown & other special rules for this pandemic season affect the transfer process ?

Hammond enrolling in May seems to indicate it could.

Would they be classed as 3/4 - a 4 yr time-span to complete 3 academic years -possibly meaning a RS year to make up for not playing in JuCo this year, or would they have to enter Grad School at UF to play their 3rd year or could they just "stretch out" their last 2 academic years at UF ?

Always assuming they don't jump to the NFL early.

When does next years Spring Practice start ?

Since everybody got a blanket extra year, I would assume they will have three years of eligibility left. JuCO can be weird sometimes, particularly if they redshirt there (unusual, but it does happen, usually due to injury), but I think 3 is a safe assumption. I would think 3/4 would be correct. There is no reason they would have to go into grad school. I think they could even do post grad studies without being in grad school if they graduate and want to play (unless they changed that rule).

No idea on Spring practice. Hope we have one!
