OK numbers, tell us about that F$U recruiting class

Average. We got what we needed the most on defense which is pass rushers in George Wilson and Pat Payton. We got a few DBs that are ok. No great Linebackers or DTs (issue since we need some). Offense we got a national champion QB, signed a few average TEs and got a LT that we desperately need. Not much else. No real playmakers (we want D Hill WR and Hargrove RB) but they arent signing until Feb so we might not get them. Hit some needs but not good enough imo. This class wont be the one that drags us out of the mud. We will need the portal gods to help us

That was a nasty injury. Tore pretty much every ligament and damages the shin artery and nerve. It’s a miracle he has been cleared to play.

He actually had surgery on it last yr as well and that was kep pretty quiet. Hes definitely not 100% of what he was but the coaches were given the scout team footage of him playing last yr.... Heres the best kept secret, he has not taken a hit since then. Soooooo

Honestly, it would be a miracle if he was back to form but his playing capabilities aren’t the most important thing he brings to this team. He’s been a leader and knows what it takes to win. Leadership and a winning mindset are severely lacking right now and this is the first instant injection of both we can put on this team and hope it spreads. This off season is going to be crucial. Rebuilding doesn’t start in August ‘21 it has to start in Dec/Jan when these guys start winter workouts. Someone on the team has to start taking ownership and holding guys accountable and that’s going to be on Milton. He’ll take it as serious as he wants to be in the NFL.

A kid like MM can unite a split locker room. This could be just what you need. Pulling for him in every game except one.

Rivals has FSU's recruiting class ranked #38, 247Sports has them at #31. Not too terrible, huh?

No argument from me, i liked Jimbo.

Numbers,

Understandable ! He recruited well & won games !

But, on the horizon in faint Garnet & Gold letters do we see Neon Deion ?

In a year or so the outlook will be clearer.

By then you will know if he can develop recruits, pick a coaching staff, formulate a game plan, & if he has a game day presence.

Jimbo is clone of Nick Saban. With Texas's resources He is going to turn A&M into FSU on steroids. He wanted to stay at Florida St. Running him off is the worst thing FSU could have done.

Norvell will be fine

Don’t pull the whole diamonds in rough trick. Serious input.
It's 4th in the ACC and 22nd Nationally. Meh. After a 3-6 season off the heals of a 4-8, it's clear Norvell and Co. were able to sell a polished turd to some decent to above average players. Maybe we can go 7-5 next season and break the top 20 in recruiting....making the Weedeater.com bowl on December 20-something would help too.

Running him off? You mean not bending to his every whim? Jimbo really needed a fresh start. The whole Candy debacle didn't fair well for him and the program suffered...he took his eyes off the prize in 2015. I'm glad he was able to move on and find additional success.

That turncoat QB recruit tried to get him defect probably. He came back to his senses though.
Playing in Lane Kiffin’s offense is probably a pretty good offense to play in. Ole Miss certainly had a good offense this year

Alaska,

FSU doing better than Auburn who only shows 11 players signed
3-4*s & 8-3*s

As of Thursday morning, Auburn has the nation’s No. 40 recruiting class according to the 247Sports Composite, which is 12th out of 14 SEC programs.
