Not sure if we had the discussion here but there is a lot of conspiracy chatter that the fatal bullet didn't come from the grassy knoll, but directly from behind from Kennedy's motorcade. Some say an accidental discharge from a SS agent and some say CIA or FBI. Supposedly there were two shots fired, and ballistics/forensic reports were never released regarding the fatal shot.
I wonder if Trump had that file at Mara Lago and that's what all of this bullshit from the DOJ is all about. I'll bet good money Trump knows what happened that day from his security clearance. He had hinted he was going to release the unredacted report but he never did.
I've never been a big JFK assassination buff, but it's obvious something else happened besides what the government claimed. Add in JFK's promise to destroy the CIA completely, and the dots seem to connect.

The fatal shot came from an M-16 in the chase car.
When the 1st distraction shot was fired, glancing off the pavement, the kill team went into action.
SS in the back seat picked up the M-16 from the floor, braced it on the top of the front seat, and fired.
The hole in JFK's skull matches the 5.56 x 45 round, not the larger 6.5 x 52 round that an Italian Norma-Carcano rifle fires.
As to Oswald being the assassin,,, 'If it doesn't fit, you must acquit."
Why was it an in-house assassination?
1) JFK had ordered the Treasury to begin printing 'no interest' bills, taking it away from the Federal Reserve's foreign bankers. The 5$ bills with the red seal instead of the usual green seal were the start.
The corrupt money must continue to flooowww....
2) JFL had fired the CIA Director, Allen Dulles, and said that the FBI Director, J.Edgar Hoover, was next.
Putting both the CIA and the FBI firmly against him, and willing to stop at nothing to get rid of him.
3) JFK had already ordered Military Advisors in VN back home, not getting into the VN War.
This was not going to be allowed, the killing of the Military Industrial Complex's latest cash-cow.
As soon a LBJ was sworn in, those Advisors were sent right back to VN....
JFK was a brave hero that was murdered because he choose to do what was right for the sovereign American citizens that he was elected/hired to represent.

Vietnam should have never happened, and if it would have anyway, our fighting men would have won that fight decisively if given a chance to actually win. The Nazis were repeatedly forced to divert resources away from the Eastern Front in response to Allied operations. This was a factor in their inability to defeat Russia.

We were reading Japanese code prior to Pearl Harbor. The Brits were reading even more than we were. It's unlikely that we didn't see it coming. Entering the war was the right call but there's no doubt that FDR's administration used subterfuge to get us there.
And they allowed American citizens to die and American treasure to be destroyed in that effort.
We saved Russia's arse early in the war and up until late 1942 or maybe early 1943. From then on, the outcome was decided on the eastern front. It was just a matter of time, blood and treasure.
Like a source on that because it was my understanding that we weren't reading their traffic til after the fall of the Phillipines/Corregedor, and after we got the idea to try after the British broke the German ENIGMA codes. MAGIC was pretty much what have us the idea to take Guadalcanal and allowed us to keep it and prevent the invasion of Australia. I find it hard to believe we allowed almost the entire Pacific theater to fall if we had actionable intelligence. As it is it took RAN Coastwatchers on 16 islands just to keep fighters from carrier based forces and Rabaul from getting the jump on Cactus air forces.
