Allow me to preface:
I'll be 51 in August and I haven't been in the gym for the last 15 years.
Now, I recently rolled my ankle pretty bad and am in physical therapy for it.
Yesterday when the therapist decided that it would be a good idea to obliterate my quads and glutes and tries to sell it as being an integral part to help my ankle recover, I bought it.
Well let me tell ya folks, today gives new meaning to the term, "on the green side of the grass".
I mean hell, even sitting down to take a crap doesn't feel as good as it did just 2 days ago
