I didn't know there was something wrong about weighing 160 lbs. That was my weight, well, 162, just over a year ago, although I'm just 4 inches taller. I did gain back about 5 lbs since then. For me, I feel better at 167 lbs than I did as a 197 pound fat ass three summers ago.
Good for you. There’s nothing wrong with it but it’s not going to do much good in a brawl. There’s a reason they have weight divisions in MMA.
