So the welcher has actually slipped up and told the truth.
How many months ago was Sidney sued? And for how many BILLIONS?
Yet she refuses to settle, and is content to let the case move forward toward discovery.
The welcher was right for once, Sidney's refusal to let this case go away and her determination to see her evidence come out in open court says it ALL.
I think that's Sidney's point. What's being reported in the media doesn't accurately reflect what's being argued in court.
And no, we haven't. There have been instances (the case in AZ comes to mind) when non-Trump lawyers arguing on his behalf were unprepared and recanted, but it's hardly "time and time" again.
Check the summary link I posted above, very few of the cases ever even got to the evidentiary stage (22 of 85 to be exact).

As for this case, I suspect when it reaches a point where it is clear to Dominion that it's going to trial, and discovery, that Dominion will drop the case, but the media will feverishly spin that the case reached a SETTLEMENT.
That of course the details of which won't be made public. The spin will be that Sidney gave them a lot of money to please drop the case.

If you sue someone and you KNOW you have a winning case, then you move full speed ahead. You want to reach the end zone as quickly as possible.
If you sue someone as a way to negotiate a change in behavior, you go slooooooow.
