"No one is above the Law!"

Is anyone concerned that Pam Bondi was getting paid $115k a month by Qatar before she was AG? No? Just checking.
Is she still getting paid by Qatar while being AG? Has she failed to prosecute a Qatari that I haven’t heard about? Do you have any other straw men you want to breath life into?

I’m not a fan of Bondi, but throwing shade just to see what sticks seems like an intellectually lazy NYT thing to do

You’re left of Yahoo on this one.

We’ve never actually had a poster left of Yahoo.

Congrats?

lol. You guys are funny.
No kidding….. that was for the firm, and at Washington lawyer hourly rates might have been worth about 5 weeks of billing for 1 person, not including incidentals
It was one year contract at $115k per month. You guys were probably ripping your hair out about Hunter getting $80k a month from Burisma.

But I get it it. Those were Dems. These are Repubs.

Yeah where’s the quid pro quo.

Intellectually lazy to me seems like freaking out when one party does something but accepting it when your party does it.

I guess Qatar really got its act together since trumps first term. Something changed. I wonder what it was?

What did Hunter bring to the table for 86K per month? Answer that honestly, son.

Just what Bondi was doing: making nice between the client and the US government.

This is actually a good question Capt Ron. If one day you can ask questions like this irrespective of party affiliation you’ll be a fully formed thinker.

Well you need to start being honest instead of full of Trump hatred. That is my advice for you. Oh..and PLEASE go study up on world events. I really like for you to come share the other side..but I DO want for you to actually know what you are talking about.

And this is you needing a redemption arc after being totally wrong about Trump's tariffs.

Carry on.

Representing a COUNTRY.
Right a country that Trump used to describe as a sponsor of terrorism but yesterday guaranteed protection to.

In between they paid his AG $1.1 million.

Seems problematic to me. Just like Hillary getting $400k “speaking fees” from banks after being Sec. State, just like Hunter Biden, just like yellen. Just like all these people. Why do you guys think we’re $37 trillion in debt? The government is a giant slush fund. These payoffs are the price of access. You guys know all this of course. You’ve all been bitching about it for 4 years. But now it’s Trump so it’s cool. And around and around we go.

What I find AMAZING is that something like THIS is problematic to you....however I do not see any concerns from you when FJB said the border was closed, that a bill needed to be passed to close it when Trump acomplished it WITHOUT a bill in just days, the Afghanistan withdrawal leaving billions of military equipment to our enemy and 1300 American citizens behind enemy lines...many still caught there, and 13 service members killed because they were not allowed to take out the terrorist despite BEGGING to do so. I did not see any posts from you concerning FJB's mental decline and who was actually running the Country. Is there a reason for this? Because Pam Bondi's company that she worked for getting paid by a foreign Country seems kind of insignificant compared to those things..would you not agree?

From the mouth of this Demonrat babe....

Where were these questions about Hunter's UNREGISTERED lobbying while raking in millions for the Biden Crime Syndicate???
=====

Jan 15, 2025 · In her pre-hearing questionnaire submitted to the Judiciary Committee, Bondi disclosed her lobbying work for Qatar, saying she was registered as a foreign lobbyist under the Foreign Agents Registration Act in 2019 and 2020.

Bondi confirmed she lobbied as a FARA-registered lobbyist, for Qatar Airways while at Ballard Partners but said the $115,000 figure paid for the work she and a second lobbyist performed for the Qatari embassy represented the firm's contract, not her own earnings. Snopes has clarified that although Ballad Partners received around $115,000 a month from Qatar while Bondi was registered, it is unclear how much, if any, of this sum was paid to the current US AG.

Since her legal and registered lobbying for Qatar while at Ballard Partners ended in 2020, there is no reason, except for Demonrats political shenanigan's BS, for her to be questioned about any supposed links to Qatar imo.

She was a lobbyist. She's a professional in this field. She was providing a service to a client that she was qualified to provide:
1) She was part of a team. No payments were made directly to her. She was not paid $115k/mo.
2) Her specific role was only to help prevent human trafficking during the World Cup. She only represented them for a short time.
3) She was properly registered with FARA.
4) ALL of this was discussed in her confirmation hearing, and she was still confirmed. You act like this is a "gotcha" when it's already been litigated.
5) There's no quid pro quo. Bondi gets nothing from Qatar. Trump is praising them because they've made real efforts to stop any money flowing to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, including joining the Terrorist Financing Targeting Center and making new stricter laws on donations to fundraisers and charities.

On the other hand:
1) Hunter had NO credentials in the energy sector.
2) He was paid directly.
3) There was a clear quid pro quo. And it endured into Biden's presidency.
4) Something fishy was going on, because Biden had to use US taxpayer dollars as leverage to get the prosecutor fired who was investigating Hunter.
5) Hunter never registered with FARA. Why is that?

These two situations are not even close to the same. I really wish you'd be honest and admit you're a lib with terminal TDS.

I wouldn't even see Dudleygoaters 'waste of time and space' posts except others are responding to him, because I've had him on ignore for a while now.

However you guys want to rationalize it. 👍
We really do not have to rationalize a damn thing. We are in power...and your party is coming apart at the seams. Not one second of my 63 years on this earth have I EVER wanted to be a lefty. I love America too much to be a lefty.

You truly must enjoy losing debates. Only thing I can figure

With pertinent facts?

You didn't "win" this one. You just exposed your political bias again.

Which is fine, we welcome our lib friends, we just ask they be honest.
This is a classic liberal troll attempt by @bradleygator.

First, ignore the left's corruption ('Hunter? Hunter Who???')

Second, try to conflate something done on the right as being just as bad as something done on the left.

Third, lie about what was done on the right, in order to make the comparison really stick. ('Bondi got paid $115k a month! Even more than Hunter, and you guys said he was terrible!')

Question for bradley: Did the country of Qatar launch a corruption investigation into the activities of Bondi's firm? Because the country of Ukraine DID launch a corruption investigation into Burisma.

Remember that? That's when Quid Pro Joe called Ukraine and told them if they didn't fire the prosecutor pushing the investigation, that they wouldn't receive any more aid from the US.

"Well son of a bitch...he got fired."

bradley said nothing about any of this. We discussed it for months on this board, he conveniently ignored it all.

Now he FINALLY wants to address Hunter's corruption, in the context of trying to spin that another act by someone else is just as corrupt. Then he asks if WE understand why corruption isn't being addressed in this country.

Yeah, bradley, we have an idea why...

"No one is above the LAW."

That statement has nothing to do with political party, skin color, or revenge.
It only has to do with the law, justice, and doing the correct things in service to justice.

This is payback, and EXACTLY why any political party needs to think three times before pursuing opponents with excessive suits and crimes charges

Glass fugging houses
It really is not payback. It is protecting our LEO’s from further abuse, from a party who rightfully believes they can get away with anything without consequences
