So there's been a lot of talk about the foreseen downsides of NIL. Below are a couple of ideas
* The NCAA (or whatever the future governing body will be) can institute a NIL cap for each team
* Schools will mandate that all NIL will be reported by players. Schools can sign contracts with each player with substantial penalties for players not reporting NIL deals. If a player doesn't sign the contract, they don't receive a scholarship (which is a privilege, not a right)
