Donna is related (cousin IIRC) to the late Tommy Hazouri who was a longtime City Council official, School Board Member and Mayor of Jacksonville.
She graduated from Bishop Kenny High School and Florida State University. She is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority.
I have zero idea how she met up with Dan Hicken who I personally find to be a real twit but that’s just me. (Has nothing to do with where he went to school either).
They both worked for First Coast News but that’s where she met up with Tim Deegan and she left Hicken for Deegan.
