Changing out the OC isn’t going to make that much of a difference if we run the same predictable and square peg in round hole scheme. The offensive problems run much deeper than just the OC and the guy calling the plays.

The scheme itself is bad. 12 personnel is bad!! It is outdated and we don’t spread the field. Reminds me very much of Muschamp type football.

It is more than the OC. The OC has to change but the scheme and 12 personnel needs to be completely scrapped and go back to what Florida can do best which is spread the field and makes teams cover the entire field.

If the scheme doesn’t change Napier isn’t going to make it here. In fact I don’t think he’s going to make it anyways. I suggest hiring a Scott Frost and running his type of offense with Florida athletes.
