His failure was definitely lack of recruiting. His success was he was finally forced to play Trash and he had three NFL receivers. There is a big difference in head coach and offensive coordinator. I loved his offense but it did not look the same at Mississippi State. He adapted when he got to Florida and I salute that but he was a quitter F

Their offense is not even remotely close to as good as it was last year. I will not be shocked if they change OCs after this year

We fire our DL coach and DB coach , the day after a 5-7 season and we are shocked that the guts of our recruiting class, half dozen kids , all on defense, all fours and five star kids, flip to other schools on signing day?
I think the issue is they flipped to a team (Auburn) that had a comparable year to us and took two of our higher rated recruits in Waller and Williams…. Texas taking X and Mack I can see the reasoning and excuse
Difference is Auburn has coaches in place. Harris was announced close to ESD, recruits and fans are still waiting on official DL coach announcement.
Jason said a few times that Williams really liked the Auburn coach.
Fans wanted a shake up in the coaching staff, and we got it. We knew there would be consequences.
He has not made a OC hire NOT even close....people throwing OC names around have no clue just like they had no clue throwing random names around with the DL hire...and DB hire....
Pretty sure Jason is done playing nice with others.
