Steakhouse is scheduled for Friday opening. 109 are permitted inside. 1/3 capacity. All employees are to wear masks. I hope Sierra is on duty. She's a beauty even masked. I look forward to a t-bone and french fries. I usually dine on a NY strip and baked spud. I haven't had crispy, crispy catfish in a while.

Anwar can open the truck stop restaurant. Anwar is still making timely payments. Son-in-law misses running the truck stop. Son-in-law wishes Anwar would miss a payment. Contract says a missed payment invites son-in-law and McClennan County sheriff over to relieve Anwar of keys.

I’m heading to Rio Mambo to see my favorite señorita Elia the bartender and head out to the vibrant patio in this beautiful 76 degree weather. I’m going to enjoy beef fajitas, chips and Queso , and a iguana margarita as Bradleygator hides from drones.

I’m then heading to QT to fill up my carbon fuel burning Toyota 4x4 Tundra that gets 14 miles to the gallon with $1.11 gas.

Anwar who makes timely payments and son in law would be impressed with this QT.

Arrived 2 PM today with just a handful of diners. Kids said lunch crowd was bigger than expected. I splurged on high margin tea. I usually always drink free water.

Sierra was off. Skeleton crew. Some workers refused to return til their liberal unemployment benefits run out.

Daughter made us wear face masks til we were seated. Our salt and pepper were served in packets only. No shakers allowed.

Steakhouse seats 436. 109 can be seated at this time. Scheduled to seat 50% May 18 but if the 2 meter distancing stays in place they'll be able to seat only about 150.

New hotel next door is operating at 20% capacity since March 15. The owner tells son-in-law he needs 50% to break even. The May start up for Hotel II behind the steakhouse is off and the lot is on the market.

Some small Waco restaurants have closed for good.

Arrived 7PM 54Th street to a very sparse crowd inside. Hailey the bartender said they where disappointed with crowd so far. Hailey expected to be at least 50% with self distancing rules. Hailey doesn’t care for Dr. Fauci or masks, I concurred.

Nail enjoyed blackened snapper with steam vegetables swilling a couple corona beers in honor of Dr. #fakemodling Fauci and the scarf queen.

Nail left 25% tip and told Hailey not to let the #Fakenews to get her down. CNN is not welcome @ 54th.
