I have seen a ton of Matt Corral over the last few years and here are some thoughts:
1. He has decent size at 6-2, 185 but a tremendous arm, a cannon where he can deliver throws all over the field. Corral can do it all in that respect and he has nice touch on deep passes as well.
2. He's incredibly smooth on the field. I don't know any other way to describe it other than effortless, kind of like how Steph Curry plays basketball. He escapes the pocket quickly when needed, keeps his eyes down the field, isn't afraid to pick up yards with his feet or scurry around and find an open receiver.
3. From an on-field perspective, he's almost as talented as any QB in this class. He has transferred schools after an issue at Oaks Christian so there are some off-the-field things but I've been told he's transitioned well to Long Beach Poly and is looking forward to a huge senior season.
