The whole point of DEI is that the person's political views become their 'qualifications'. You are supposed to pick workers who have DIVERSE political opinions and be INCLUSIVE.

Having said that, since you are hiring, how many:

White Christian conservatives have you hired?

How many Trump supporters have you hired?

How many Pro-Life supporters have you hired?

How many evangelicals have you hired?

DEI offers a solution to a problem that it creates. The current job hiring system IS fair. It's based on MERIT. That's as fair as it gets.

DEI reframes the FAIR system as being UNFAIR. It proposes moving from a merit-based hiring system to an IDENTITY-based one.

That's as unfair as it gets.
