Get ya banjos out and grab some tissue S Fla....here comes Rich!!!
He'll have his choice of better jobs.
I think you are mixing up your Butch's there buddy.I think the most hilarious outcome I could see coming from this would be for Miami to steal Butch Jones from UcheaT and leave the Viles completely screwed yet again. They've had several planes fly over UM games this year asking for Butch Jones to save them. I don't know the connection or why you would be so damn desperate to hire that caveman, but that'd be hilarious in my opinion. That or Lane Kiffin get's the job. Or Butch Jones abandons UT for UM and UT rehires Lane Kiffin. Bwahahaha.
Either way, it's great to be a Florida Gator.
Nobody wants Butch Jones. He may be a good guy. That I don't know but he was a terrible head coach at Miami. He was as bad if not worse than Muschamp. He is a good dude, and he was a good coach. sadgator has mad respect for that guy. He does things the right way and is a great college guy. He deserves another good shot at another stop. sadgator hopes he gets it.

Miami is an impossible situation right now. He was good at Temple. And yes, of course, he beat Ole' Mus.
Trust sadgator...the last thing in the world you wanna go do, is mix up your Butches...I think you are mixing up your Butch's there buddy.
Back in the day, probably so. Nowadays it isn't even a lateral move leaving Memphis going to Miami. Memphis is on the rise and investing into football finally. Miami not so much. All joking aside...they will likely hire the Memphis coach.
Why on Earth would Miami want that guy BACK???
This is good for us. Truth is, we've never had much success recruiting in Miami-Dade. Most of our S. Fla guys are from Broward although we get 2-3 a year in Dade. So when Miami is down, all those guys go to FSU. A player like Cook would have been a Cane in years past. So we need Miami to be good. We don't play them anyway, someone besides UF has to help keep FSU in check.
Well Antonio Callaway, Brandon Powell and Jordan Scarlett are from that area.Yeah, I'm done with this line of thinking. We need to commit resources and effort, and if necessary hire a few more coaches with SoFla ties, and start pulling some of these playmakers out of there. Out of state schools pull them out of there, I see no reason why we can't as well.
He's a very good recruiter. I don't think he's a good Gameday coach. I also know he's 64 yrs old. I don't think he would be as successful this time around.Because he is a very good coach, and an even better recruiter. Furthermore, I hear he actually wants the job.
Plus he can't find a job anywhere elseBecause he is a very good coach, and an even better recruiter. Furthermore, I hear he actually wants the job.
