I agree:

I never watch the sissy sport of soccer anyway.
And are we done with debating this kneeling at games? I've been saying it's going to happen and what it's going to do is continue divisiveness. It's the wrong platform. It doesn't enact a proper display of unity, but rather disunity. I hope they leave it off the television. Sadly, I know every team will have many, most or all take a knee. I'd soon watch Happy Days on MeTV than to watch players who ignore this opportunity to display honor instead of dishonor.
They may not be intentionally doing it to defame the anthem or the flag, but doing it during this time does so even unintentionally. Just like when I used to say at the end of the anthem, "home of the Brave" but instead of the word brave I did what everyone else did and said "Sooners." But then my nephew said we don't do that any more - it showed disrespect. He enlightened me to that fact and I never did it again and neither did the stadium crowd.
