Leadership is the most important attribute in any organization. This is well known. One leader downplayed the virus’ risks, mocked people for wearing masks, didnt listen to his experts, and didn’t attend any meetings once he saw it was out of control. The other faced the problem head on and most importantly, sent the right message throughout his Administration.
