I have no issue with Rice. She's amazing but I wouldn't say that she is more qualified to be on the SCOTUS than KBJ.

Harvard is a top notch university. It doesn't matter how people get in, graduating from there and being one of the top students in your class is impressive.

Also, that definition of woman is blown out of proportion. She said that she's not a biologists. She did what ACB, Kavanaugh and all other justices did. They didn't rule on Roe, they ruled on the Dobbs case. What applied to the Dobbs case also affected Roe v Wade and Casey vs PP.
