Watch the movie (Netflix or Amazon, can't remember which). I know it's Hollywood, but it is eye opening. Guy had a brilliant mind, and was involved in the most highly classified areas and helped design some of the tech. Former military as well. He was appalled at how the NSA was spying on US citizens.
