4th Amendment challenge ? Good luck with that.... 🤣

https://www.mediamatters.org/mar-la...mendment-rights-were-violated-mar-lago-search

Legal experts have disputed the claim that the Mar-a-Lago search violated the Fourth Amendment

  • On Twitter, Berkeley Law professor Orin Kerr explained why claims that the warrant used to search Mar-a-Lago was a general warrant that violates the Fourth Amendment are “incorrect.” According to Kerr, it’s “the norm for the government not to know the exact form of every document they’re looking for.” Citing 1976 Supreme Court case Andresen v. Maryland, he stressed, “limiting the scope of the search by naming a particular form the records might take” doesn’t make the warrant general. [Twitter, 8/14/22]

  • On Morning Joe, former U.S. District Attorney Chuck Rosenberg described the FBI’s search as a “very big deal, unprecedented, but done lawfully and properly through a neutral and detached judge in another branch of government.” He explained that the FBI only searched the home of the former president because it had “probable cause to believe a crime had been committed,” calling this “the Fourth Amendment standard.” He has elsewhere said that federal prosecutors “often put in much more detail than the Fourth Amendment would require,” noting that “with a warrant like this, for a search target like Mr. Trump,” he’s “convinced that this would be an exhaustive recitation of facts. Everything the government has.” [MSNBC, Morning Joe, 8/9/22]

  • In the Houston Chronicle, former U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Brian L. Owsley argued that none of Trump’s supporters decrying the search have “pointed to any concrete Fourth Amendment violations in the warrant.” He explained that “if somehow the oversight and review by the FBI and the Department of Justice as well as the magistrate judge’s analysis all failed,” then Trump “could have gone to federal court seeking to quash the search warrant with arguments that it violated the Fourth Amendment.” But he and his legal team “did not choose to have a federal judge immediately review the warrant’s constitutionality, which likely indicates that nothing readily appeared to be unconstitutional.” [Houston Chronicle, 8/12/22]

  • In The Hill, legal expert Eliot Tracz affirmed that the FBI and the Department of Justice have addressed “each step required by the Fourth Amendment” in “a clear and intelligible manner.” He called the unsealing of the search warrant a “huge win for the rule of law,” presenting the public with an opportunity to see firsthand how “the procedural requirements of the Fourth Amendment are applied” and providing “a clear view of a justice system working as it is intended to.” [The Hill, 8/16/22]

But that's the least of trump's problems as his Special Master request actually creates more problems for him legally

But keep on cheering as trump & his legal team are creating the noose to hang him

Well, I guess it's over. Ray quoted legal experts who said so. Lets all pack it up and go home.
The Walls are Closing In THIS TIME, I swear.
Media Matters? The propaganda arm for the dem party? Why not just source Occupy Democrats? LOL

Andrew Weissmann? The disgraced Mueller 'pitbull' who led the team in concluding that Trump didn't collude with Russia?

How did they not see this coming from our brilliant President Trump? He's always 5 steps ahead.

This isn't Trump's fight, he's fighting for all of us. That's all he knows how to do.

Thank you, President Trump, for fighting for the America we deserve.

If there is merit then I hope something comes of it, but I wouldn’t count on it happening. His record in court lately is similar to Columbia football in the 80s.

Yeah...the RUSSIA HOAX I think he was 100% the winner there...and YOUR FBI got even more disgraced.
In your feelings much?

His lawsuit record is pretty crappy lately. That’s a fact. Roughly fourty plus losses in court on election fraud. So, I’ll slow it down for you a little. Columbia lost 44 consecutive games in the 80s. 40+ loses for each.

As I said above, if there is merit, I hope something comes of it as it sets a very nasty precedent. But, I‘m not going to take it as the gospel because he filed a lawsuit.

How do you do this on a computer, son?

Joe Biden’s spokeswoman has repeatedly claimed Joe Biden had no knowledge of the raid and that he found out about it in the media.

She's probably not lying. He probably really did hear about it in the media. lol

I guess one could say his record is better than the record of dems trying to get him.

Last time we checked the scoreboard;

President Trump 5

Federal Govt/Dems 0

That's including the Russian Hoax, failed impeachment #1, failed impeachment #2, Jan. 6 trial, and now the FBLie Raid that never was.

Sounds like Gator Football since the '90s to me.

Ah, now your earlier comments about Trump's popularity make more sense.
It’s okay to think that Trump is not the greatest at everything.

For example, he’s very crappy at staying married and suing the NFL. He’s very good at staying in the news (good, bad or otherwise) and authorizing hellfires for Soleimani.

See, not that hard.

Yep, suspicions confirmed. We have the dumbest trolls on the internet.

Kinda of like how Obama never knew about anything until he read about it in the paper.

You should update your info...

Barr lied in Mueller investigation...came out this week
The 2 impeachments weren't cases in court
Jan 6 is an investigation...all of the DOJ criminal probes are currently ongoing
Mar-A-Lago investigation is ongoing

Those are trump's "wins"

trump's losses include

Executive privilege ...all losses all the way up to the SCOTUS
Release of his taxes...all loses all the way up to the SCOTUS
Stop The Steal litigation...60+ losses
trump University...loss
Trump Org...all losses so far

He's lucky that Barr kept him from prosecution while president so he could catch a breather from all of the losing 🤣

His record for court cases is more like 0 - 70

Says who Gay-RayGraves....I mean, BSCHizoid911......Salon? Vox? Vanity Fair? Cosmopolitan? CNN? MSNBC?

At this juncture, it's quite obvious how stupid you and the rest of Lib-Tard Nation looks. Here's what you continually deny....

1) Andrew Weissman - proved there was no Russian Collusion Robert Mueller vehemently tried to find...

2) "impeachment #1" came up empty much to the anger of Botox Nancy Vodka-losi....

3) "impeachment #2" (see #2)

4) Cassiy "Smollett" Hutchinson's testimony about Trump's behavior in the Beast limo with the Secret Service guy proved to be a farce as the SS guy proved she wasn't even there.....

5) FBLie Mar-A-Lago Raid proves to be another witch-hunt as Trump calls out Merrick Garland's bluff on releasing the affidavit in its present unredacted form....

So there, 5-0......but hey we know you're toying with the idea of becoming a Drag Queen story-time-teller. You do support pedophiles after all🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

You guys are way too serious with your hero worship. The hardcore Obama supporters were the same.

Politicians are about two things - power and self-preservation.

Ummmm.....no that's a complete falsehood. Are our trolls still pushing the 0-70 in courts nonsense?

Trump wasn't the plaintiff in ANY of those suits.

All brought by other people. And Trump's own team admitted they all should have been losses cause they never should have been filed.

I swear we have the dumbest trolls on the internet. They invent things Trump never did (0-70 in courts, said inject yourself with bleach to cure covid, etc) and blame him for them, then when they see Hiden literally LICKING babies and his own children referring him as 'Pedo Peter', they see nothing wrong.

Brainwashing. So sad.

So Hillary got out of her 'classified documents on her server' fiasco by having her lawyers delay delay delay until they scrubbed the server of any documents that might get her into trouble. Then she claimed attorney client privilege for investigations relating to the 'scrubbing'.
Trump is trying roughly the same thing but DOJ decided to seize the documents before any attorney scrubbing could take place.

I guess someone on here doesn't know how to do research. Trump did pretty well on the actual lawsuits that went to Trial.
The biggest problem Trump had with the election lawsuits, was Judges dismissing them before any evidence was able to be presented. And SCOTUS simply not wanting to get involved.

Hey Gay-RayGraves, this here was previously posted confirming Trump's winning record in court cases. Plus, those cases I posted WERE court cases were Trump was ultimately declared innocent. And if they're ongoing like Jan 6 (a joke BTW), then there nothing else there isn't it?

Oh yeah, still thinking about becoming Drag Queen Ray-Graves?? Remember, you support pedophiles now!🤣🤣🤣

The village idiot doesn't realize the article he's linking to is from Feb 2021

Second of all, look at the source...not christian daily the source for their reporting is an outfit called "Election-Integroty.info" which has all sorts of juicy voting machine conspiracies, etc.

Without wasting any more time I stopped when I saw all of their "reports" on election conspiracy theories

Plus, those cases I posted WERE court cases were Trump was ultimately declared innocent. And if they're ongoing like Jan 6 (a joke BTW), then there nothing else there isn't it?

NONE of what you listed were court cases...

That bunch also believe Italian satellites hacked the election 🤣
