Is the offense better without Shorter?

I appreciate his effort, but he isn’t very fast, isn’t explosive at all, drops passes too often, and doesn’t play to his size. It seemed like others were getting open easier than he has all year. I know TAMU was short handed, but it was hard to not notice.
