When Rivals asked me this question, it was the word "consistently" that determined my answer. It's more of how stellar Georgia's recruiting is right now, while Florida has done decent under Dan Mullen. Obviously, this 2022 cycle is a different story though. Just wanted to explain my reasoning ahead of time.
