Not really. This is the guy that could be the leader of the free world. What does he say when he gets another country to commit to a trade deal? "Well that's great, but I can't sign this yet, I have to ask my husband if it's ok"?
Never saw Trump's campaign manager's words. This was a paraphrase of what Ted Cruz came up with. But why don't we just substitute healthcare with let's see, ANYTHING.
