That Florida and F$U would have new coaches by the end of the year and Miami would only have lost a single game??

Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies. Rivers and seas boiling!
Forty years of darkness. Earthquakes, volcanoes…!!!
The dead rising from the grave!!
Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together – mass hysteria!!!!!!

I knew we were down for a bad year this year. Not exactly this bad but McElwain got away his first 2 years living off of Muschamp's defense. Those recruits have graduated and you saw the result of the talent vacuum we have here this year. The inability to develop a stable of quarterbacks. Hell even one single quarterback. STILL the worst offensive line in college football. Yeah we were down for a bad year and I had a feeling at the start that we would be looking for a new coach at the end. I just had no idea the guy wouldn't even make it through the season.

Now I in no way predicted that the garbage pile of crap up in Athens would actually make it's way to the SEC championship game. Not even God above saw that heresy coming.

The one thing that never changes is, that things constantly change...

No offense but we should all be worrying about georgia. With the current turmoil in the college coaching ranks, MANY recruits are now looking elsewhere. The top UT commit which was the keystone of this current class for them has given up on them and is now going to Georgia instead. Most of these kids these days just look at the top 5 or 6 current programs and want to go there, at least the 4 and 5 star players. The ones that help Alabama hold a stranglehold on the SEC. They don't even look around very much anymore. Back 10 years ago or more, most teams had 1 and POSSIBLY 2 5* players if they were truly lucky. I think Urban managed to snag 3 in one year which was unprecedented then. Now generally the top 5 or 6 teams each year will catch all of those top players. Alabama will get 5 or 6 in a class. Georgia is a flavor of the month but with the season they turned in under a new coach, the recruits are gullible and are flocking to them. That kind of recruiting success will provide game success in the following seasons. We cannot have Mullen start out with a massive talent disadvantage like Muschamp and McElwain had vs FSU for example. Yes yes yes I know not every 5 star player pans out, but you can't be expecting to compete at the top levels of the college game by expecting to make every 2 and 3 star player you get be that diamond in the rough. McElwain didn't sign a single 5* player last class. Not one. That's the first recruiting class that dates back to the early 90's I believe that we whiffed out on.

We cannot ignore what Georgia is doing because to these gullible 18 year olds, they are the team ascendant right now in the SEC and all these kids are flocking to what seems to be a stable and proven commodity to get them to the NFL.

I’m offended.

None taken Grom, but when I worry, which is rarely ever, I worry about real things of consequence, not about kids playing games, or anything to do with what goes on in the worlds institutes of whatever learning.

This is time wasting entertainment we're talking about here, not anything of real importance. What some HS kid does is of no real concern to me. What some college coach does, or how any 'institution' spends it's money is fluff in my world.

No offense dude, but you seem to be in real need of some perspective in your life. o_O
And yes, I can ignore any and all of the things that you seem so concerned about. I've got a life. ;)

You’re telling people to get “perspective?”

Good lord.

Momentarily off Ignore:

Alright,,, I didn't think so. Stalking little brother A-hole is your excuse for even having a life... o_O

Lol you told someone to get perspective because of their obsession with college football.

That’s coming from you.

You surely can see the irony.

You’re emotionally invested in football.

I’m emotionally invested in football.

I’d venture to say everyone here is emotionally invested in football or else they wouldn’t be here.

It’s just funny for you or anyone to tell someone to check themselves.

Why is that just an abominable concept to you?

Alright...

Seriously I want to just have a normal message board relationship with you.

You have good points, questionable points, and bad points.

We all do.

It’s frustrating that you seem to be not just unwilling, but actively against that being a possibility.

Alright...

So we’re good?

Cool.

In all seriousness, at least give it a chance?

Sure, I’m going to disagree with you, we all disagree, but I intend to be generally respectful to your opinion.

I’d like for you to sign on to that.

UF - UGly - Tennis-sea
One or more of those 3 SECe teams are going to be good.

For years it was a UF / Tn battle, with UGA as the occasional spoiler.
That worm has finally turned. Now it becomes UGly and then it's a race among UF, Tn, SCa, Mizzou to see who their major competition is gong to be. I'm picking UF, with the other 3 as the occasional spoilers. o_O

UK and VU are,,,, well kensucky and swinging dores...
