not so much with our team (we are what we are, not very good) but more so with our recruiting and the impact that this type of garbage play will have on our efforts. We don't have elite recruiters so we had to show it in the field and this is gonna really hurt our efforts IMO. Admittedly I'm very down on this team and very surprised.
