I'll disregard the thinly veiled racism here, but I'm very proud to have the first African American head coach with a real possibility of winning a national championship. While I'm a fan of sports in the state of Florida and UF is my number 3 school, I am saddened that they haven't been as progressive in their hiring choices in the past. Charlie Strong is a good friend of Business Partner's and said he was never really given a true shake down there. I'm optimistic too though. I think it's important for the AA community that uf hires on a more diversity friendly level. I think uf sees that and will one day do it. #dosomething.
