Supposedly, Biden has been doing it for awhile now. He is just not releasing it to the US. He is selling it overseas. I have heard it was buried in one of the massive spending bills that the Biden Admin is required to bring down the reserve from 660,000,000 barrels to something like 250,000,000. The reserves are for the US in time of dire emergency, like a war, so we can power the war machine. It was never meant to assist with domestic problems OR be sold overseas.
