Just because some new "hot" coach gets off to a nice start they are not the end-all of coaching college football. Especially when they get beat vs. the only two quality opponents they played all year...IT IS a nice story, BUT that is all it is in my mind.

Indiana Hoosiers coach Curt Cignetti talked a big game on Friday night leading up to the College Football Playoff matchup against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
A few hours later, he waved the white flag pretty quickly.
While Indiana was trying to mount a comeback, a coaching decision from Cignetti in the fourth quarter has left him open to endless criticism from fans on social media, and the commentators in the ABC booth.
Trailing by 17 points in the fourth quarter and facing a 4th and 11 near midfield, Cignetti called for his team to punt the ball rather than go for it and try to get back into the game. Notre Dame went on to score on the next drive and put the game away.
Whoever is making these final choices on the CFB playoff takes into account and weighs heavily on the strength of the schedule moving forward...............
