What O'Bomba and Sleepy Joe did was highly unethical. However, what they did about Gen Flynn was not a punishable crime under current Federal law, it just should have been.

Now, their lies about doing it makes them culpable (imo) for the crimes of others under them.
And their ripoffs of Ukraine aid is definitely a crime and both should be investigated and prosecuted for that. Where is the in-Justice Dept. on those things???

President Trump should have fired every hold-over O'Bomba appointee when he took office, and he still should get at it imo.
