I happen to agree. I wish he would condemn abortion. But we are not a Theocracy, therefore he is obligated to follow the constitution. His personal views are between him and his bishop. .

We burn cities over sinners and Free Will choices but barely a peep out of unborn children that had no voice, never had Free Will (to make a choice). I hear people say the Death Penalty should be removed as well, and I can go along with that (Thou shall not Kill). However, those prisoners had choices and decided to Kill and ignore God's laws. Even if they are executed they have time to repent for their sins.

It is written in the 14th amendment that the gubmint "shall not deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law"

All SCOTUS has to due is declare the unborn person a person. Roe would be dead. But that also takes it out of the states hands.
