When they say cases going up, is it active cases or are they just testing anyone whose sick and if they've had it in the past the call it a case? For example, my wife gave blood last week and they tested her for the virus. If it shows she had it will it count as a case?

I think they are making it up as they go along. When I found out that Scarf Queen was instructing hospitals to list automobile fatalies as covid19 deaths, that's when I knew 'worldwide health crisis' was a hoax.
