You do realize we will have the entire secondary that started against you last season in this game. The same secondary players that shut the so called "high powered" passing offense down to 14 points. We also ran the ball right down your throat.

Well, it's flattering that UF is your Superbowl each year, but to be frank, you're not even a main rival anymore. UK poses more of a long-term threat than UT.

I have ZERO clue as to what will happen against the Vols Saturday, although Tennessee has a bad track record against us when they're favored. I do know that UT has only beaten the Gators 7 times since the Vietnam War ended and have only won once since 2004. With that said, Florida could easily be 0-3 right now and from what I've seen of both teams so far, we have to play much better to win in Knoxville. However, there is quite a bit of difference in the quality of each team's first 3 opponents, so a lot of the statistical comparisons are meaningless. I'm just going to watch the game and pull for my Gators, hoping for the best.
So you're saying that because UT played a pretty average Pitt team at their place, then had 2 home cupcakes against Ball State & Akron somehow equates to Florida hosting 2 Top 10 teams, plus a pretty decent South Florida team? That's a stretch, man.
You make good points here, except USF being decent. They got rolled by BYU and beat an FCS team.
USF sucks…we had no business being in a game with them…
but it won’t matter…
nothing that has happened over the past two weeks will matter come Saturday…

I have to agree with @sadgator for once here. We've had the worst coaches in the last 10 years from Muschamp to Mullen and they all beat Tennessee consistenly. We've beaten the Vols with rag-tag teams during this current dominant run on them, one of them being last year. Here's to the Mojo continuing this weekend in Knox-ghanistan.
Look, it’s a tough place…and sadgator can’t give you one objective piece of data to support Florida winning the game…
That being said, every year it is like everybody has amnesia about what Florida has done to Tennessee…
The pressure is so far up Tennessee’s asses, that sadgator is certain that Tennessee will fvck up big at some point…it is inevitable…plus…it ain’t like Tennessee is some unbeatable team…honestly…they don’t have players any better than Florida…Heupel ain’t that great of a coach…and yet they think they are going to steamroll Florida…the ESPN match up indicator has a 12.6% chance of Florida winning the game…lol…if sadgator was Napier…he would put that up on the Heavener Center Bulletin Board.
Somehow, someway, Florida will get it done…even if they can’t line up on Defense.

Mullen is actually a good coach. Much better than Muschamp & McElwain. Mullen actually won here for a few years. He just threw in the towel for other reasons.
I predict that, if you pick UT over UF every year, eventually you will be right. But not very often.
