Clemson @ Pitt 3:30pm - Computers claim Pitt has a real chance to make the playoff if they win this game despite the FCS loss.

Miss State @ Vandy 4pm - Can Vandy get an SEC win?

San Diego St @ Air Force 7pm - Will Air Force give them their first loss?

USC @ ND 7:30pm - Big game for Cincy's playoff chances as a 9-3 ND might get them left out even if other things fall into place.

Looks like it could possibly. Penn State is getting worked a little looking at the number of plays ran and rushing stats. I wonder if Illinois could pull that off. On the other end I think Michigan may blow their game open in the 2nd half.

I remember watching some big 10 games in the 90s and there were certain teams for whom completing a pass was a minor miracle. Unless they were down and it was Late and they had to pass, in which case it was Virgin Mary in a tortilla level miracle. I remember specifically thinking Wisconsin and Michigan state were more likely to throw the ball 10 yards over a receiver’s head or skip it 5 yards behind him than come anywhere near an actual player on either team. penn st reminds me of that a little.

They had some decent teams years after when they had Bill Fralic shortly after Marino and Craig "Iron Head" Heyward around the late 80's. I don't remember much after that.
