Watching Liam P after the 6th go nuts in the dugout was awesome. Pretty sure he said “I Fin hate you” as he threw his glove. We do not like Miami…

Great win. Could have blown open with a couple more two out hits but way to get it done. Pitching was excellent and UM lineup doesn’t seem great, but they have some dudes who can pitch. Getting that many chances was well done.

Also love hs running so much! Awesome to see that pressure being put on.

This team is really deep, and it may be the best pitching staff Sully has had since 2018. It’s early, but I like what I see. Pitchers throw strikes and there’s been a lot of Ks.

I like Ty but think Yost is a better over all player. He’s pretty fast and covers a lot of area. Better hitter at the moment.

What is the opinion of Luke vs Brodie at catcher?

Agreed. Yost has earned a spot, thus far. But it is a long season. We know what Evans can do. He and Heyman are struggling, but they'll come around.

Where Kurland, Heyman, and Evans are in the lineup speaks volumes of how the newbies are carrying us right now. Those guys used to be at the top of the order. Ty believes he has a broken bone in his hand. He couldn't even grip the bat for a few games after the first game.

When Ty is on a streak he's easily our best player. Hopefully he gets back to pre-injury form.
