Baseball GAME THREAD: Florida Gators versus Georgia Bulldogs Game Two

“It’s baseball.” “It’s a long season.” “Past success.” Blah blah blah.

You can’t just hope to catch fire in the postseason like last year. That’s an unrealistic expectation, and actually proved the point that the team underachieved all regular season.

Not sure what is wrong, but you can’t tell Sully ain’t happy.

I mean we had question marks going into the season. Losing two starting pitchers, three with the other freshman from fall, plus starting second baseman, center fielder and maybe most reliable lefty arm out of the bullpen is a recipe for struggles.

We will probably have to go on the road in post season now but get Peterson, and pierce back and this is still a tough out for most teams.
