Game Day Thread. Florida vs FSU

I would have taken the points but I'm ok with going for it as well. Nothing to lose really.

What? Our offense struggles to put points on the board take guaranteed points when you can get them and give us an early lead. It's not as if this was 4th and goal from the 1. That was a dumb call that wasted a decent drive.

Lol and how many times have I heard people butch about Mac not being aggressive.

Yeah I wanted the points but lol.

Absolutely no way you really went for that with this awful offense, they couldn't have scored from there on air... That's pathetic

MORONIC call to even think you have a chance in a million years with this offense, you ended it all with a run on purpose to end the possession on first down

You make that call when you have a good offense and know you'll get the points back. Not when you struggle to score 20 and will need every single point you can get to win. Circumstances matter.

Guy was wide open. It was a good call

Don't care. I'm not playing the result even if we had gotten it it wouldn't have been a great call. We struggle to score points so passing up guaranteed points on the road is idiotic. How confident are you that this offense will get those points back? Exactly.

That no blitz defense giving up those simple miles plays all the way down the field again with no pressure... they bailed us out by attempting a long FG like they kept doing in the UNC game...

There is absolutely no way with our offense you ever go for that down there we wouldn't have converted that in a walk through on air, there's no way a single person thought that play was gonna be a TD with the QB's we have.. Never gonna happen, and we have to have any points we can get because we will not have many chances down there in any game or against any team we play. Just flat out stupid

"Hey we want our Florida coaches to be aggressive, but only when *we* want them to be aggressive!"

Yea, no shit. The nellies cannot make up their fricking minds

This is a dumb argument. There are times to be aggressive, wanting a coach to be more aggressive doesn't mean every instance or aggression is warranted. Using this logic we should be okay if he decides to wing it on 4th and 10 backed up on his own 20 too because we wanted him to be more aggressive in another situation. Brilliant logic.

No pocket presence by Appleby. Needs to get rid of the ball.

"Hey that was Nuss's fault. Should have run it on second and 9!"

We have the worst in the nation every single season. He already gave the game away in the first quarter to an ACC team that can't stop anyone or even tries to play defense. **** that kid

3 in a row

Empty set with our oline and this d line is not smart coaching unless it is a screen or a three step quick pass. Five step pass plays with no rb protection is unintelligent.

Well, now, this is the defense from the Arkansas game. I do not think Collins is adjust. I think I agree with the Nellies about him.

Let's talk about how our defensive end takes on the counter tre pulling guard...he hits the guard with his inside shoulder allowing a gap for the rb to run through. Wrong shoulder that thing and spill it. Do not let a rb have an easy path. That is coaching.

"Appleby held the ball too long and coaches aren't responsible for anything."

We're already down. I don't think this offense is capable of putting up more than 21 points against a quality team, so we need to figure out a way to stop these guys soon. Our margin of error is getting narrower.
